The Founder

Born in Athens, Greece in 1972, son of Isidore Revah, a prominent businessman, and Julia Revah, Alvertos Revach attended 12 years of basic education at the Moraitis School in Athens. He then received a BA in Business Administration, major in Marketing and International Business, with Magna Cum Laude Honors, from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, USA, in 1994.
Between 1997 and 2015 he worked for his family company, Amvyx S.A., in Athens, Greece, as a Commercial Director. In 2016, and following the decision of the company’s shareholders to hand over the management of the company to professional managers, Alvertos moved to Luxembourg, where he established an investment vehicle, Humble, through which he invests in ethical and eco-friendly / sustainable startups and funds around the world.
In November 2022, Alvertos was named in the “Worthy 100” 2022 list by Worth magazine, for displaying “exceptional awareness of current social priorities across the globe”, along such notable people as Michael Bloomberg, Warren Buffett, and Ursula Von Der Leyen.
In 2024, Alvertos created the Revah Family Foundation in honor of his family, and in anticipation of the fact that, after the demise of his parents, his sister and himself, his family name would cease to exist. Through the Revah Family Foundation he intends to build a lasting legacy, both during and after his lifetime, of charitable endeavors in the fields of education, by primarily creating scholarships for children, and through animal welfare.
